The emphasis is on doing rather than just taking: you and a small group of your peers will sort through breakthrough best practices and the each other’s experiences to identify transferable elements;  master new market-driven tools, metrics and approaches and apply them to real challenges you bring to the table. Depending on the services you pick, you will have opportunities to also engage your senior team in reviewing cases and constructing solutions within a new customer-focused framework.
